National Income cum Merit Scholarship Examination 2021

National Income-cum-Merit-Scholarship Scheme - "National Income-cum-Merit-Scholarship Scheme" (National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme) for Economically Weaker but Meritorious Students by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India Has been started. Under this scheme, only state-run / state-run / state-run government / Government of India-funded schools / recognized aided minority schools / madrasa and Sanskrit schools are enrolled in duly studied students / students from class IX to class XII. Earlier, scholarship was provided at the rate of Rs 6000 / - per year. Which has been revised by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India to Rs. 12000 / - per annum.

Education Qualification

Applicant Eligibility: - Applicants in the academic session 2019-20 for the state-only / state-run / state government / Government of India grants (Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Sainik School, Central School and Central / State Government-run residential school and private school Except) / Passed class VII examination with 55% marks studying in recognized aided minority schools / madrasa and Sanskrit schools and duly studied by enrolled in class VIII in any of the above mentioned schools in the current academic session 2020-21. Be Whose parent's total annual income from all sources does not exceed Rs 1.5 lakh.

There will be 5 percent relaxation in the passing number for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes and Disabled Students / Umbrellas.
